Operations Executive

Easyfairs UK & Global is growing rapidly, having made a number of recent acquisitions, and with many global launches in the pipeline. As such, it is a very dynamic and exciting team to join, with some exciting opportunities for driven, energetic and passionate individuals.

For our office in Twickenham, we are looking for an Operations Executive, who is keen to learn within a fast-paced environment. You will be working within the operations team across a number of Easyfairs’ exhibitions, based in the UK and abroad, managing exhibitor orders and assisting with exhibitor enquiries.


Skills, experience and attributes required are:

  • 6-12 months’ work experience in the events sector or in a similar role
  • High standards of communication
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products
  • Floorplan production and management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Degree in event management is preferable
  • IOSH certification is preferable


Responsibilities will also include:

  • Coordinate and management of the exhibitor shop and assisting exhibitors with their pre-show orders and achieving revenue targets
  • Liaising with exhibitors to ensure all exhibitors receive the highest level of customer service pre-show, onsite and post show
  • Management of exhibitor manuals
  • Liaise with marketing and sales teams regarding onsite orders, floorplans, accommodation, deadlines etc.
  • Regular floorplan and exhibitor list updates
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Health and Safety management
  • Administrative support
