Interactive events technology supplier Arcstream AV has gone into liquidation. Arcstream AV Interactive was born after Arcstream AV Ltd phoenixed in 2008.Managing director Neil Dickinson told EN that it was due to a combination of harder than expected trading conditions over the Christmas period and the loss of a major shareholder.“The Christmas period was particularly tough and we lost a lot of business, as the first things to go during harsh economic times are the ‘whizz bangs’. We haven’t seen the perceived upturn in spend on Christmas parties and the like that some have been shouting about. We’ll come out of this fighting however,” he added.Dickinson and his company will continue to trade under the name Interactive Media Group and all forward bookings “will be honoured”.
