CEM adds another event to the keep net

Southern-based hospitality and event organiser, CEM Group, has formed a joint venture with the organisers of the Dorset Seafood Festival for 2010 and beyond. CEM organises the Weymouth and Portland Catering Show, as well as the 54-year-old Hotel and Catering Show at the Bournemouth International Centre. Director of CEM, Anna Wallis, tells Exhibition News: “The proposal came about very organically and we are determined to ensure the show thrives moving forward. We are passionate about Dorset, local produce and the county overall, so this opportunity is a good fit.” Chair of the Harbour Traders Association and director of Brewers Quay, which organises the Dorset Seafood Festival, Roger Dalton, says: “We are delighted to be working with CEM, whose strong contacts in the national and local food sectors will help to push the show forward even further.”
