Structure provider De Boer has been reappointed temporary structure provider for the Ryder Cup golfing tournament for a fifth year. For 2010, which sees the tournament hosted for the first time ever in Wales, De Boer will provide facilities for a specially created Ryder Cup tented village at the Celtic Manor Resort. The village will include an exhibition space, bar areas, an information centre and merchandising facilities. Ryder Cup match director, Edward Kitson, says: “Temporary structures play a key part in providing public and hospitality facilities at major golf tournaments, and we are delighted to welcome De Boer back again as they have been a great supporter of this event.” “We work hard at maintaining our established client relationships and are honoured to be reappointed as official structure supplier for the competition,” says sales director, John Cochrane. The Ryder Cup takes place at the Celtic Manor Resort. 1–3 October.
