EasyFairs renews global technology contract with N200

EasyFairs has signed a new contract with event software provider N200 to deliver visitor and lead management tools for its global show portfolio. N200 will provide online, on-site visitor registration and lead retrieval for EasyFairs’ 80 tradeshows across 16 counties. According to a company statement, EasyFairs was one of N200’s first customers in 2004/5 and will rollout the latest N200 Enter 3.0 software platform, as well as its N200 RedBox on-site solution at all shows.N200 CEO Bart Van Bijnen said the new deal would see EasyFairs using its software in Latin American countries for the first time. The organiser will also offer lead retrieval to all exhibitors. “It’s a marketing-driven platform providing more content for customers and exhibitors to come to the show, and offering more insight on their returns,” Van Bijnen told EN. The financial terms of the three-year contract haven’t been disclosed. Last week, EasyFairs announced it expected 20 per cent sales revenue growth globally to €33.5m in the 2010-2011 financial year.
