EN spotlights #eventtech start-ups with new competition

EN has teamed up with Event Tech Lab and EventTech 17 to launch a competition to help #eventtech start-ups get more exposure in the events industry.

 

New businesses under 18 months old can enter to win prime exhibition space at EventTech 17, which is co-locating with International Confex, Event Production Show and Office* on 1-2 March 2017 at Olympia London.

 

As an all-encompassing event, EventTech 17 has both a dedicated exhibition and a seminar programme, showcasing event technology providers under one roof.

 

Initial entry runs until Monday 17 January 2017, at which point a shortlist of five will be announced. The public will then choose the winner via an online vote on social media.

 

James Morgan, founder of Event Tech Lab commented: “Technology start-ups are resource constrained. This competition is going to place the winners at the forefront of #EventTech17 and give them the support they need to take their business to the next level. I would like to thank Mash Media for their generous support for our start up eco system.”

 

To enter, companies need to complete this entry form.

 

The terms and conditions for entry are:

  • The company must be under 18 months old
  • Turnover less than £1m
  • Completed form

“Our goal is to grow the industry we serve,” said EN editor Annie Byrne. “With the help of Event Tech Lab, we want to highlight the companies that are helping to expand and push the tech industry forward in events. That means giving new event profs an opportunity for wide exposure to event organisers, production managers and other key industry figures.”
