Glasgow to host new gay lifestyle exhibition

Organisers Haswell Events is to launch a new exhibition called Shout, which is aimed at the gay lifestyle market.The event will consist of a trade exhibition, a live music and comedy theatre and on-site cocktail bar. It will be hosted at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) in March next year."We are thrilled to be launching the inaugural Shout event in Glasgow. The city is forward-thinking and away from the usual exhibition hubs, which we believe makes the event an attractive prospect to consumers," director of Haswell Events, David Chick tell EN. "We hope to attract around 7,000 visitors and the SECC will provide us with an up-to-date venue to build within.""We have been working closely with the Shout organisers and hope to attract this event and others back in future," adds director of sales at SECC, Ben Goedegebuure.
