Mash Media, organiser of International Confex, is celebrating a 35 per cent year-on-year rise in visitor number from 2016.
International Confex was held on 1-2 March at Olympia London, co-locating with other Mash Media properties the Event Production Show and office*, which was acquired in 2016.
Ahead of fully audited BPA numbers from the show, the organiser has revealed that early indications reveal a year-on-year spike in visitors of 69 per cent for the Event Production Show and a massive 177 per cent on office*.
“This is an incredibly strong performance and endorses our strategy of bringing the industry together under one roof by co-locating its premier shows,” commented Liz Agostini, event director, International Confex. “There was an amazing buzz at the show, the footfall far surpassed our expectations and the business being done was solid and productive for our exhibitors.”
Mash Media announced the launch of The Festival & Outdoor Event Show on the first day of International Confex, which will become the fourth live exhibition within the Mash Media’s events portfolio.
