Creative events agency The Fresh Group has announced key changes to its senior management structure.Nick Porter will take the new role of group chairman and Julie Besbrode will become group chief executive. Both were founding partners of the company and were previously joint managing directors."The change has come about due to the development of our client base which, in turn, meant a restructure to handle the growth of the Fresh team," said Porter.The Fresh Group was started by Porter and Besbrode six years ago and confirmed orders for 2010/11 should exceed their £10m projection."The changes in our roles will help the company develop to the next level of our ambitious business plan," added Besbrode.
