Graphic specialist Insite Graphics has launched a ‘Conference in a Case’ branding kit that can be carried onto an aircraft as luggage, rather than transported as freight.

The branding kit can be used at event then packed down into a wheeled suitcase, checked in as hold baggage and moved between locations by a single person.

The kit is aimed at the event organisers looking to travel overseas without the complications of freighting branded materials or relying on local suppliers, and has been designed to fit into a standard-sized suitcase. It contains an Insite Graphics Galaxy backdrop, three roller banners, six window stickers and six floor stickers.

"We have had many requests from conference and event organisers for an easily transportable branding package that can be designed and produced in the UK and then taken to overseas venues easily and quickly," explained Insite Graphics MD, James Winzar. "The wheeled suitcase contains all of the branding kit required for a conference or event, the weight has been kept low, and the case has wheels just like an ordinary suitcase.

“One of the key advantages of this package is that it can all be designed, produced and tested before setting off, removing the dependency on overseas suppliers and any associated uncertainty."
