The organiser of the Technology for Marketing and Advertising exhibition (TFM&A) says attendance for the 2010 show has broken the 10,000 mark for visitor numbers for the first time in its 10-year history.Total attendance was 10,656 and represents a visitor growth of 107 per cent since 2007."The visitor numbers over the two days are a real reflection of the buoyancy currently being reported in the marketing industry," says event manager, Natasha Berrow. "Our success reinforces the optimism that the industry is feeling. Professionals are seeking out new opportunities and still taking valuable time out of the office to do so."Group director Mark Snell, who launched TFM&A in 2001, says the addition of more seminars and keynote speakers helped to achieve the figure, with over 6,000 seats filled over the two day seminar programmes."To see any launch event through to its 10th year creates a huge sense of pride, but the actual amount of growth we’ve seen is truly elating," he added.
