The Jockey Club’s Sandown Park Racecourse will play host to classic Volkswagen show VolksWorld for the 25th year on 25-26 March.
The 2017 show expects to welcome more than 16,000 people across the two days of the show, with many camping on site.
The show uses more than 80 per cent of the racecourse site and includes sale stands, refreshment stalls, music and entertainment alongside the show’s main features.
Adrian Vaughan, VolksWorld organiser, commented: “We always bring VolksWorld back to Sandown Park Racecourse and have worked with them now for 25 years. The team are so accommodating and the space is flexible enough to bring every element of the show together, from vehicles to enthusiast-clubs, stalls and attractions.”
Tracy Rusbridge, regional business development executive - exhibitions – Jockey Club, London, added: “We have a strong contingent for returning exhibitions and VolksWorld is one of our longest standing clients; it’s an honour to host their milestone show.
“The VolksWorld Show is a perfect example of how our team offer a consultative approach and listen to a client’s needs then use their expertise on the versatile space at Sandown Park to ensure the event works at its best.”
