Webster Partnership launches online booking tool

The Webster Partnership has joined forces with MB Web Services on a new online exhibitor booking facility for its consumer exhibitions.The system allows exhibitors to view the live floor plan online, see which stands have been booked and by who, locate stands that are available and book directly. Webster will also provide individual booking codes, which can be used by exhibitors when purchasing show space. Other enhancements include an overhauled Terms and Conditions sheet available as a downloadable PDF, online invoicing, and the ability to upload show guide editorial, logos and name badge information automatically. The system will be used for the first time on the organiser’s new Leisure, Luxury and LifeStyle Show, which takes place at Sandown Park Racecourse from 16-17 July 2011. Event organiser James Webster said about 130 exhibitors were expected to participate.“With many exhibitions and events being networked openly online and through social media, LifeStyle is the right fit to launch this new facility,” Webster said. “We believe this is an important step forward and the feedback from the exhibitors certainly supports that.“With LifeStyle being a bigger, consumer event with larger companies exhibiting, we needed a sophisticated system. This gives more flexibility to our exhibitors and transparency.”
