Yamaha gears up for exhibition sponsorship

Yamaha Motor UK has committed to a sponsorship deal at this year’s Motorcycle Live 2010 exhibition. The motorcycle manufacturer will sponsor both the indoor and outdoor adult off-road experiences, and let riders test out one of its bike brands. “Our presence at Motorcycle Live will only serve to broaden the appeal of off-road to a much wider audience,” Yamaha marketing assistant, Karl Radley, said. “The show will also be an opportunity to further showcase our off-road heritage with the launch of our new adventure riding experience coming in 2011.” Managing director of event organisers MCIE, Finlay McAllan, claimed Yamaha’s decision to sponsor the two experiences underlined its position as the UK’s number one motorcycle event in terms of manufacturers exhibiting and activities.
